Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched and delivered within 30 days of order and payment. Tracking is provided automatically once your order leaves our facility.
- Ingredients are harvested globally in limited quantities — dispatch windows reflect this.
- We cannot guarantee delivery before your next full moon, but we will do everything possible.
- Customs, duties and import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
No Returns, No Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
- No returns will be accepted under any circumstance.
- No refunds will be issued once payment has been received.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after checkout is complete.
By proceeding with checkout you acknowledge and accept that your purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable, and that delivery will occur within 30 days of order and payment, anywhere in the world.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
In the rare event your parcel arrives visibly damaged or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the tracking event so we can work with the courier on resolution.
