Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Full Moon Reset collects when you visit this site or place an order, and how it's used.
Who we are
Full Moon Reset ("we," "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact detox@fullmoonreset.net.
What we collect
Checkout is handled entirely by Shopify, our payment and order processor — when you click "Checkout," you're taken to a Shopify-hosted checkout page. Shopify collects and processes the information needed to fulfil your order, which typically includes:
- Name, email address, shipping and billing address
- Payment details (processed directly by Shopify and its payment partners — we never see or store your full card details)
- Order contents and history
We don't operate our own customer database outside of Shopify. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and for our own records.
Cookies
This site does not load third-party analytics or advertising trackers of its own. Shopify's checkout page sets its own cookies necessary to process your order securely (fraud prevention, cart persistence, session security) — these are governed by Shopify's own privacy policy, not ours, once you reach checkout.
How your information is used
- To process, ship, and support your order
- To respond to enquiries sent to our contact email
- To meet our own legal, accounting, and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties beyond what's required to fulfil your order (e.g. Shopify, and the shipping carrier used to deliver it).
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of information we hold directly (outside of what Shopify retains as the processor of your transaction) by emailing detox@fullmoonreset.net. For data held by Shopify itself, you can also contact Shopify directly.
This is a general privacy notice for a small direct-to-consumer store using Shopify's checkout. It is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice — if your local privacy law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) requires additional disclosures, those should be added with qualified legal review.
